METAFLEX is a torsionally stiff link-style coupling made of metal and stainless steel. Its all-metal design ensures durability and resistance to dirt and temperature variations. The coupling utilizes a flexible bending link element composed of layered stainless steel rings. It is maintenance-free and features a modular system for easy assembly and disassembly. With a standard nominal torque rating of up to 120 kNm, the METAFLEX coupling has a compact size and low mass moments of inertia. Custom designs with higher torque capacities and permissible speeds are available upon request.
